Andis (pronounced “On-dis”) was born and raised in Southern California spending most of his younger years on tennis courts throughout
Southern California and in many cities around the world. Before relocating to San Diego in 1997, he spent several years as a commercial pilot, most recently
flying for American Airlines. Layoffs in the airline industry forced a new career choice which led to the exciting world of real estate.
Real estate had always been a keen interest to Andis and the interest soon became his passion when he began his real estate career at Blue Pacific Realtors.
He found his real estate niche in the coastal communities of San Diego after having ridden his bike through many of the coastal neighborhoods while training for triathlons.
When it comes to his clients, Andis focuses his talents on customer service from start to finish, especially taking into account his clients needs when they are not
familiar with an area. His keys to success are communication, knowledge and diligence. He is committed to maintaining open lines of communication in order to keep his
clients informed and believes it to be vital to the success of each transaction.
Andis is active in the relocation aspect of real estate and looks forward to welcoming new homeowners to the extraordinary communities within San Diego.
